You will not be entitled to get any refund for subscription fees. The site holds the right to terminate your membership or access to the site for any reason after sending you a notice at the email address provided by you for communication at the time of registration. If your membership is terminated on your breached or violation of the rules of the site; you will not be able to get refund for unutilized subscription fees.
8. Creating multiple accounts on SBP is strictly prohibited. The site reserves the right to deactivate all multiple accounts and the member is entitled for one account only and if the SBP observes or finds any member is opening multiple accounts the SBP is got right to canceled the membership and the member not entitled to get any refund of subscription fees.
9. SBP may ask to produce documentary proofs as a part of verification and in an event of non submission of required documents the SBP may terminate the membership without any refund.

SBP is not a broker or the agent of any SBP member, and SBP does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the SBP members and prospects or the results of their discussions and SBP members can directly enquiry the information furnished in the SBP site. SBP is not responsible for any misrepresentations by the SBP members.
11. SBP Member's are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with prospect or vice versa. SBP expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any SBP members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction or any other medium of communication between SBP members either using website or otherwise. SBP is only working to extent of introducing the members with one another.
12. SBP has no obligation to monitor any such disputes arising between the SBP members, SBP shall not be a party to any such dispute/litigation etc.

The members or non-members seeking alliance with members of SBP are advised to make independent verification of all credentials of the members, including verification of medical history and other antecedents.
