It has been set up to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject

7. You may write to us for terminating your membership at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, you will no longer be able to use the services of the site or features of the membership plan chosen by you. You will not be entitled to get any refund for subscription fees. The site holds the right to terminate your membership or access to the site for any reason after sending you a notice at the email address provided by you for communication at the time of registration. If your membership is terminated on your breached or violation of the rules of the site; you will not be able to get refund for unutilized subscription fees.
8. Creating multiple accounts on p2a is strictly prohibited. The site reserves the right to deactivate all multiple accounts and the member is entitled for one account only and if the p2a observes or finds any member is opening multiple accounts the p2a is got right to canceled the membership and the member not entitled to get any refund of subscription fees.
9. p2a may ask to produce documentary proofs as a part of verification and in an event of non submission of required documents the p2a may terminate the membership without any refund.
10. p2a is not a broker or the agent of any p2a member, and p2a does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the p2a members and prospects or the results of their discussions and p2a members can directly enquiry the information furnished in the p2a site. p2a is not responsible for any misrepresentations by the p2a members.
11. p2a Member's are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with prospect or vice versa. p2a expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any p2a members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction or any other medium of communication between p2a members either using website or otherwise. p2a is only working to extent of introducing the members with one another.
12. p2a has no obligation to monitor any such disputes arising between the p2a members, p2a shall not be a party to any such dispute/litigation etc.
13. p2a does not give any implied or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage or alliance by you choosing to register on our Website and using p2a services (both paid and free)
14. As p2a is acting only as a facilitator and providing you a platform on the Site, you are solely responsible for your direct as well as indirect interactions with other p2a Members. The Site reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other members.

16. The members shall provide proof as may be required by p2a to substantiate the information furnished.

It shall be the duty of the visitors and members seeking alliance from the members whose profiles are displayed on site to cause thorough enquiry and cross-check the correctness, authenticity, currency, genuineness of the information displayed on the site and take adequate precautions on their own before finalising the alliance.

The members or non-members seeking alliance with members of p2a are advised to make independent verification of all credentials of the members, including verification of medical history and other antecedents. p2a shall not be responsible or liable for any misrepresentation or falsity of information on the site.
