1. The purpose of launching the web site called as SVP ( Srivaishnava Pariyanam.com) which is nothing but a Matrimonial website purely for the Vaishanveat Community only with the blessing of our Gurus.
2. Welcome to SVP (Srivaishnava Pariyanam.com) and we wish you for finding your dream soul mate. Please read the terms & conditions thoroughly of this site before registering. The users using this site agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
3. To register, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). It has been set up to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject
4. Provide authentic information about yourself otherwise you are responsible 
5. Do not upload content that is vulgar, pornographic or racist
6. Registration is FREE. However, if you want to contact members and enjoy the complete benefits, you must become a MEMBER.
7. You may write to us for terminating your membership at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, you will no longer be able to use the services of the site or features of the membership plan chosen by you. You will not be entitled to get any refund for subscription fees. The site holds the right to terminate your membership or access to the site for any reason after sending you a notice at the email address provided by you for communication at the time of registration. If your membership is terminated on your breached or violation of the rules of the site; you will not be able to get refund for unutilized subscription fees.
8. Creating multiple accounts on SVP is strictly prohibited. The site reserves the right to deactivate all multiple accounts and the member is entitled for one account only and if the SVP observes or finds any member is opening multiple accounts the SVP is got right to canceled the membership and the member not entitled to get any refund of subscription fees.
9. SVP may ask to produce documentary proofs as a part of verification and in an event of non submission of required documents the SVP may terminate the membership without any refund.
10. SVP is not a broker or the agent of any SVP member, and SVP does not partake in the exchange of any kind of discussion between the SVP members and prospects or the results of their discussions and SVP members can directly enquiry the information furnished in the SVP site. SVP is not responsible for any misrepresentations by the SVP members.
11. SVP Member's are solely responsible for the communications (through any medium) with prospect or vice versa. SVP expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transaction(s) or exchange(s) or interaction(s) or passing of information(s) etc. between any SVP members inter se via e-mail, chat, interaction or any other medium of communication between SVP members either using website or otherwise. SVP is only working to extent of introducing the members with one another. 
12. SVP has no obligation to monitor any such disputes arising between the SVP members, SVP shall not be a party to any such dispute/litigation etc.
13. SVP does not give any implied or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage or alliance by you choosing to register on our Website and using SVP services (both paid and free)
14. As SVP is acting only as a facilitator and providing you a platform on the Site, you are solely responsible for your direct as well as indirect interactions with other SVP Members. The Site reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other members.
15. The members shall furnish truthful, authentic, genuine, relevant, valid, correct, current, fair information for being displayed or posted on the site.
16. The members shall provide proof as may be required by SVP to substantiate the information furnished.  
17. It shall be the duty of the visitors and members seeking alliance  from  the  members  whose  profiles  are displayed on site to cause thorough enquiry and cross-check   the   correctness,   authenticity,   currency, genuineness of the information displayed on the site and take adequate precautions on their own before finalising the alliance.
18. The members or non-members seeking alliance with members of SVP are advised to make independent verification of all credentials of the members, including verification of medical history and other antecedents. SVP shall not be responsible or liable for any misrepresentation or falsity of information on the site.
19. SVP shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccurate, false, excessive, outdated, irrelevant information displayed or posted on the site at the instance of a member.

SVP shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any errors, discrepancies, and falsities in the information furnished by the members and displayed on the site.
